New: Video call
The ClinicAll Communicator App now got another addition: Patients using the app can not only send various service calls to their caregivers – now they can also use the new video call!
It's very simple: As a patient, you just send a request for a video call to the hospital staff. The caregivers responsible for the patient's treatment will immediately get a notice – and are able to start the video call immediately or at a later point, whenever they are ready to do so.
This means that caregivers can determine the exact time when a video call is started. This avoids having to answer a video call at inappropriate moments, which could possibly disturb the workflow in the hospital station or increase workload for the caregivers.
This is how simple it works:
ClinicAll Communicator is a lean app for iOS and Android. This app enables patients to send their requests to the nursing staff from their own mobile devices.
The nurses and staff members on the stations receive the patient requests as push messages. In addition, they can check the status of all patients on a clear status display to conform and answer the requests.
No central installation necessary:
ClinicAll Communicator offers the functionalities of a soft nurse call. No central installations in your hospital is necessary. The application runs on the secure ClinicAll cloud server.

Saving time for unnessessary walking routes of your staff
A study in Germany* has shown the result that unneccessary walking routes of the hospital staff can be up to one full hour per shift and station in hospitals that are only equipped with a conventional nurse call (button in the room). In Germany, the average salary of a nurse is around € 17,94. If a hospital operates three shifts per day, the total of unnessessary walkways amounts to a sum of € 19,600.
